David ARRUFAT flew for the first time in this place in october 2003. We then opened and built one take off. In this time we tried to open many new sites around Nepal with belief in air sport development but the Civil Aviation Of Nepal closed the site, and it took a 4 year long procedure to reopen the site In 2011.
